We are proud to announce that PT Integrity Indonesia has attained accreditation from the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA®), making us the first screening company in Southeast Asia to receive this prestigious recognition. This significant achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards in employment background screening while reinforcing our dedication to providing exceptional services to our clients.

The journey to gaining this accreditation was both challenging and rewarding. It involved a comprehensive process, from compiling extensive documentation to undergoing a thorough audit. This rigorous review scrutinized our policies and procedures across six critical areas: Information Security, Legal and Compliance, Client Education, Third-Party Service Providers, Verification Services Standards, and Business Practices.

 Throughout this process, our team demonstrated extraordinary effort and collaboration, seamlessly working across various departments to meet the diverse requirements of the accreditation. Their dedication and resilience were vital in overcoming obstacles, including the complexities posed by time zone differences with the accrediting organization.

Achieving PBSA accreditation enhances our ability to serve our clients better by ensuring our screening practices align with industry best practices and ethical standards. Our clients can now have even greater confidence in the quality and reliability of our services, knowing that we are committed to continuous improvement and delivering the highest level of service.

However, our journey does not end here. Accredited companies are subject to ongoing monitoring and must undergo periodic recertification to maintain compliance. This commitment ensures we consistently meet industry standards and uphold the highest quality in our services.
