Fostering Connections and Driving Innovation at France Alumni Day 2025
France Alumni Day was successfully held on 14 June 2025 at the Ballroom of Mangkuluhur Artotel Suites, Jakarta. This event was organized by the Institut Français Indonésie (IFI), the French cultural institution under the Embassy of France, in collaboration with the French Alumni Association of Indonesia (IAPI).
Now in its second year, the event carried the theme “The Future of Work: How AI and Automation Will Shape Our Jobs”, a timely topic that reflects the ongoing transformation in the world of work and the rapid advancement of technology.This event also served as a vital platform for alumni of French universities to reconnect, share insights, and explore cross-sector collaboration opportunities.
This year’s event featured a variety of engaging programs, including panel discussions, career mentoring sessions, and an innovation exhibition. In his opening remarks, the French Ambassador to Indonesia, Fabien Penone, emphasized the key role alumni play in bridging the relationship between France and Indonesia. He also announced the circulation visa policy as a form of long-term support for alumni who have become part of the French global community. “French alumni carry our cultural values across the world. Through this visa, we aim to maintain the connections built through their academic experience,” he stated.
As a member of this global community, PT Integrity Indonesia was honored to participate in the exhibition. We were particularly grateful for the visit of Ambassador Fabien Penone to our booth. Our participation was not merely symbolic; it was an opportunity to strengthen our engagement with fellow alumni. The occasion allowed us to discuss future challenges and opportunities in the evolving world of work and to reaffirm the importance of integrity in navigating the era of automation and artificial intelligence.
Beyond that, the event became an opportunity for us to expand our recruitment network, especially in reaching out to top graduates from French universities with expertise in technology. On this occasion, we also introduced our technological innovation, the Phoenix Whistleblowing System, a SaaS-based solution designed to help organizations implement secure and effective whistleblowing systems.
Our participation was particularly meaningful as several of our team members at Integrity Indonesia are alumni of French universities. Their presence not only enriches the company’s perspective but also reinforces the connection between talented human resources and business practices rooted in the core value of integrity.
