Integrity Indonesia Supports UPJ Graduates at Career & Internship Fair 2025
As part of its commitment to supporting the development of young talent in Indonesia, PT Integrity Indonesia once again participated in the Career & Internship Fair, this time organized by Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ), Integrity Indonesia’s partner in the utilization of the Education Verification platform. The event took place on 31 July and 1 August 2025 at the UPJ campus
Coinciding with the graduation ceremonies of several faculties, the event was joined by twenty companies offering various job and internship opportunities to hundreds of students, alumni, and soon-to-be graduates.
On this occasion, Integrity Indonesia presented a talent recruitment booth that opened access for final-year students and fresh graduates to explore careers in the professional services industry. In addition to promoting job openings and internship programs, the team also introduced employment background screening activities as part of a responsible recruitment process.
Students visiting the booth not only gained information about career opportunities but also received direct insights from the Minerva team on how to prepare themselves for job competition by presenting verified and transparent educational data.
With the growing awareness of the importance of integrity in the recruitment process, more companies are making educational background checks, including diploma verification, part of their standard procedures. “Of course, we conduct educational background checks, and it has become our SOP in recruitment. This is important to prevent potential risks that a candidate may bring,” said a representative of one of the participating companies.
Integrity Indonesia’s participation did not stop there. Head of HR in Integrity, Asti Fiyanti, also appeared as a speaker at the Career Preparation Seminar, which was designed to equip students with practical insights into building their careers. In her session, she emphasized that integrity is the most valuable asset of any candidate.
One proactive step students can take, according to Asti, is to independently verify their diplomas to demonstrate seriousness and transparency in the eyes of prospective employers. “Candidates who have verified their diplomas will certainly be given more attention compared to those who have not,” she stated. To close her seminar session, she added, “Wherever we work, maintain integrity consistently.”
By taking part in the Career & Internship Fair 2025, Integrity Indonesia reaffirmed its mission to help students enter the workforce with confidence. Through collaboration with UPJ and various companies, Integrity Indonesia believes that transparent and trustworthy recruitment practices will serve as a solid foundation for developing a generation of professionals who embody integrity.
